Glowjob Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter and administrator of this giveaway is Glowjob (“Glowjob”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 9 December 2025 and closes on 24 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT (“Giveaway Period”).
Glowjob is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, lost, misdirected, corrupted, or not properly recorded for any reason.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3.2. Employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, or agents of Glowjob (and anyone directly connected with the administration of the giveaway) are not eligible.
3.3. Glowjob reserves the right to verify identity, age, residency, and qualifying purchase before awarding any prize. Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.

4. How to Enter
4.1. All customers who place a qualifying order on Glowjob’s official website during the Giveaway Period will receive one automatic entry per order.
4.2. No additional purchase or fee is required.
4.3. Orders cancelled, refunded, or charged back after the Giveaway Period may be deemed ineligible.

5. Prizes
5.1. One winner will receive one prize selected at Glowjob’s discretion from the following list:

• Revlon Hair Styler

• Philips Electric Toothbrush

• Amazon Echo Pop

• Belkin Wireless Earphones

5.2. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.3. Glowjob reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value due to stock shortages, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.4. Glowjob makes no warranty or guarantee regarding prize quality, suitability, or performance.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Giveaway Period.
6.2. Glowjob will attempt to contact the selected winner using the email address provided at checkout.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Glowjob may withdraw the prize, reselect a winner, or choose not to reallocate the prize at all.
6.4. Glowjob’s decision regarding all giveaway matters is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Disqualification
Glowjob reserves the right to refuse entries or disqualify participants who:

• Provide false information

• Manipulate, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the giveaway process

• Abuse Glowjob staff or systems

• Act in a manner that Glowjob deems unethical, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of the promotion

8. Changes, Suspension & Cancellation
8.1. Glowjob may, at its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time where it becomes necessary or appropriate to do so, including (but not limited to) circumstances involving:

• Technical issues

• Fraud, misconduct, or manipulation

• Operational challenges

• Events outside Glowjob’s reasonable control

8.2. In such circumstances, Glowjob shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or disappointment suffered by participants.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. By entering, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
9.2. Glowjob accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical malfunctions, website issues, or payment failures

• Data corruption, service outages, or online disruptions

• Delays in communication or prize fulfilment outside Glowjob’s control
  9.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowjob shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. Data Protection
10.1. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, and delivering prizes.
10.2. All data will be handled in accordance with Glowjob’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10.3. Participants may request data access or deletion in accordance with GDPR rights.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by Glowjob in relation to the giveaway are final.
